This excellent blend has the taste of ´middle´ as the name says: the taste is strong and mild in the same time. The high part of Arabica Coffee beans with origin of Middle America gives a round taste, while  the robusta coffee beans of Uganda give a stae of Aamretto and chocolade. The 18 -minutes roasting in small charges characterizes the authentic italian Espresso and the coronization in the cup through the honey-coloured crema.
